When we were young we felt and thought we were indestructible. During those years we set ourselves up for all sorts of health conditions including aches, pains, arthritis, cancer, etc., for our later years. All we can do now is try to prevent and reverse the damages that we have done to our bodies and those damages that the environment has caused, (pollution, toxins, heavy metals and pesticides), to give us a better quality of life for our later years.
